Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-price items that are unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, including packaging and tags, given you notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Please e-mail us first at customercare@pearlstreetswim.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details to notify us about your requested return or exchange. Requests received after 14 days will be taken into consideration for store credit only. We will validate and process your request and then you will have 7 business days to send back your item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we advise that you use a trackable mail service for your return. Any domestic shipping charges for exchanged goods will be at no fee to the customer.

Please follow the process listed above. If there is any delay, Pearl Street Swim reserves the right to decline return, exchange or reimbursement.

All sale items and items purchased during promotional sales are FINAL SALE. 

Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of in stock styles + sizes only. If an item is out of stock, no price adjustment will be honored. Please e-mail customercare@pearlstreetswim.com with any price adjustment inquiries. Price adjustments will not be issued on sale merchandise; no exceptions.
